  • Daily Horoscope: Daily predictions for all 12 zodiac signs.
  • Tarot Card Readings: AI-powered tarot card interpretations.
  • Panchang & Muhurat: Daily Hindu calendar and auspicious timing information.
  • Kundali Matching: Compatibility analysis for marriage.
  • Expert Consultations: Paid one-on-one sessions with professional astrologers.
  • Puja Booking: Booking services for Vedic rituals and ceremonies.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Astrology Disclaimer

Important: Astrology readings, predictions, and guidance provided through our Services — whether generated by AI or provided by human astrologers — are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered as:

  • Professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • A substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in any field.
  • Guaranteed or scientifically verified predictions of future events.

You acknowledge that astrology is a traditional belief system and that individual free will always plays a role in life outcomes. Cosmi Astro is not responsible for decisions you make based on astrological readings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and AI-generated readings — is the property of Cosmi Astro or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
  • Your astrological readings and Kundali reports are generated for your personal use. You may share your own readings but may not commercially redistribute them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our Services without permission.

8. Payments & Refunds

  • Certain premium services (expert consultations, puja bookings) require payment.
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Refund requests for consultations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment if the service was not delivered.
  • Digital products and AI-generated reports are non-refundable once delivered.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmi Astro and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
